The laboratory of PT Indolatex Jaya Abadi is controlled by Human Resources that are experts in their fields.   To improve the quality of human resources’ capabilities, the company gives chances for them to attend courses, seminars  or scientific meetings which are related to science, knowledge and technology about laboratory. These are done to consistently maintain the product quality of PT Indolatex Jaya Abadi’s SIR 20. 

The laboratory work tools also use cutting edge equipments  and modern standard so the result of laboratory’s test and analysis can meet the standard of meticulousness and accuracy.
